Understand when and how the operators are using the Project Collaborator tool is important to any account manager. To enable you to understand who and what operators are viewing detailed usage logs are recorded, detailing who and when individuals were on the system, what projects they visited and what attachments they downloaded. These reports may be viewed as summaries of general usage or broken down by the individual's activity logs.
