Project Oversight

Upon login the operator immediately views the project summary page, highlighting the critical project dates and status. This list is filtered to only show the projects that the operator is participating in and may be sorted and filtered by various criteria.

Project Homepage

The operator has access to the components, features and details of an individual project upon entering its home page. From here the operator may read the project description, download file attachments, navigate sub-projects, explore project tasks and deliverables, review past project email announcements, complete project surveys, and generate pdf progress reports. As well as input targeted feedback comments on a task by task basis.

For operators with the proper clearance, they may also modify membership roles, send broadcast email messages, modify project and task details, set up surveys, update project status, upload file attachments, and input labor hours. All using a simple concise graphical user interface.

Project Structure

Since projects widely vary in complexity, Project Collaborator has the flexibility to break down larger projects into a hierarchy of smaller sub-projects, each with its own unique characteristics, but everyone contributing to the overall objectives.
