Despite our best intentions nothing has replaced the convenience of hard copy reports and with Project Collaborator well formated printable reports may be generated with the push of a button. Of course by using the pdf format these reports are also ideal for sharing with other groups that would like to see the results of a project, but who should not have access to it.
