Attachments

Documents, pictures, zipped directories, video clips, etc, all may be attached to a project page. There are no artificially imposed limitations on attachment size, media formats or number. In addition attachments may be grouped under category headers to help organize and clarify what the list of attachments are. Finally, the attachments are categorized as published and submitted. Submitted files are only visible to team members and vendors and may be used to distribute proposals, rough drafts, or mission statements. Published files are the final version of documents intended for customer consumption or final release to project observers.
